Monthly Bundle Returns - October 2021

The JSE saw strong growth in October as the country braced itself ahead of the local and municipal elections. Many campaigns were held, and promises were made before the elections on 1 November 2021.

Vaccinations continued and youths aged between 12-17 could take the opportunity to get vaccinated with consent from their parents. The country seems to be feeling more upbeat with the alert level 1 Lockdown, with professional sports teams looking forward to welcoming back limited numbers of fans. Loadshedding again reared its ugly head towards the end of the month, putting the country into Stage 4 of loadshedding. Crypto currencies are forecasted for a big performance towards the end of the year.
