This week, tech giant NVIDIA and defence and aerospace giant Rolls-Royce are set to announce their latest financial results, offering key insights into global demand trends. Both companies are also among the most popular shares in their respective markets within the EasyEquities investor community.

Companies preparing to pay monthly dividends include Realty Income Corporation, Agree Realty Corp, EPR Properties and AGNC Investment Corp. The last day to buy shares to qualify for their upcoming dividends falls during this week.
EPR Properties currently offers an annual dividend yield of around 6%
Dividend yield is a percentage that shows how much income an investor could receive from a share over a year relative to its current price.
In addition, Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc began paying monthly dividends this year.
Its February dividend is included in this week’s update, and the company currently has an annual dividend yield of around 16%, as of writing.
