EasyEquities is available on TelkomPay - transacting while investing, made easy!

Last year, EasyEquities announced its partnership with Telkom, allowing TelkomPay users to buy shares in their favourite local and international companies while transacting on the TelkomPay App.

The TelkomPay app allows you to make and receive payments, send money, buy prepaid services or store vouchers, and more. The platform is available to anyone, whether you are a Telkom user or not.

In the latest interview with Alec Hogg from BizNews, Sibusiso Ngwenya, (the head of Fintech at Telkom), said: "We want to be inclusive... and we felt that EasyEquities fit that bill for us simply because they are proven in the market".  Here’s the full interview 👇

Sibusiso said: "To link or register for an account takes under 10 minutes, and then you are ready to invest, receive payment [and] make payments to any bank account in the country, including real-time payments... It’s about making sure that core financial services are accessible at your fingertips."

Bradley Leather, VP of partnerships at EasyEquities, added: "Whether you have R1 or R1 million, EasyEquities makes investing easy and accessible to everyone. We also believe that this partnership changes how TelkomPay users will manage their finances, which now includes being able to invest in local and international shares, property, and crypto assets while transacting on the TelkomPay App."

EasyEquities is now available in the TelkomPay app. Existing EasyEquities clients can link their accounts, or you can register an account if you are a new user.

Receive R50 to start your investment journey when registering an EasyEquities account through the TelkomPay app, joining the 1.8 million EasyVSTRs growing and building their investment portfolios.
