July 2025 ETF Dividends List: 1nvest
1:19

ETF dividend season is in full swing, with several JSE-listed ETFs from 1nvest preparing to pay out dividends or interest to investors who are invested by or on the last day to trade. These ETFs could be a good way to diversify across asset classes, offering exposure to local bonds, property, and global equities with an ESG focus – and they’re also available in a TFSA (Tax-Free Savings Account).

Among those set to make distributions are:

  • 1nvest SA Bond ETF – Provides exposure to South African government bonds with maturities of one year or more, tracking the S&P South Africa Sovereign Bond 1+ Year Index.
  • 1nvest SA Property ETF – Tracks the 20 most liquid JSE-listed property companies, giving investors access to South Africa’s listed property market.
  • 1nvest MSCI World Socially Responsible Investment Index Feeder ETF – Offers access to global developed markets with a focus on socially responsible companies, by tracking the MSCI World SRI Select Reduced Fossil Fuel Index.
  • 1nvest Top 40 ETF – Invests in the 40 largest companies by market capitalisation listed on the JSE, aiming to replicate the Top 40 Index by holding the same constituents in the same weightings

It's also worth noting that these ETFs pay dividends quarterly.
