With a net revenue surge in 2022, the company's extensive product range boasts iconic brands, such as Quaker and SodaStream, contributing to over a billion daily consumer experiences worldwide.

Many of its brands individually generate over $1 billion in estimated annual retail sales, reflecting PepsiCo's widespread market presence and consumer appeal.

Financials, Dividends and Share Buybacks 

PepsiCo Inc unveiled its Q3 2023 earnings report on October 10, 2023, demonstrating robust performance in all business segments. The company recorded a notable 6.7% growth in net revenue for the quarter and an impressive 8.9% year-to-date increase. Q3 earnings per share (EPS) reached $2.24, reflecting a substantial 15% surge.

Chairman and CEO Ramon Laguarta commented on the results:

"We are pleased with our performance as our businesses and associates displayed tremendous agility and resilience across geographies and categories in an evolving and dynamic environment."

Last year, the board authorized a $10 billion buyback program. This program is expected to be in effect through February 2026.

In terms of dividends, PepsiCo pays quarterly, and the last dividend will be paid in January next year, with the last trading date being November 29, 2023.

Acquisitions:

PepsiCo completed its acquisition of Pioneer Foods in 2020, a South African food company. The deal brings popular SA brands like Bokomo Weet-Bix, Ceres, and many more into PepsiCo’s portfolio — a deal recognized as one of the biggest outside the US.
