It’s a new week that presents opportunities for possible capital gains as companies continue to release quarterly earnings and upcoming payouts from companies that pay monthly dividends.

Companies reporting their earnings this week include McDonald's, AMD, Meta, Microsoft, Starbucks, Amazon, Apple, Coinbase, Electronic Arts, Boeing, and Booking Holdings.

Popular stocks paying monthly dividends with upcoming last trade dates are:

  • STAG Industrial Inc: Owns and operates industrial properties across the US with an annual dividend yield of 3%.
  • EPR Properties: Invests in experiential real estate, such as amusement parks and theaters, with an annual dividend yield of 7%.
  • Realty Income Corporation: Owns single-tenant commercial properties with long-term leases and has an annual dividend yield of 5%.
  • AGNC Investment Corp: Invests in mortgage-backed securities with an annual dividend yield of 14%.

Additionally, Volley Baileys is the latest IPO on EasyProperties. It has negotiated a three-year rental guarantee for investors and offers a net yield of 9.05%.

Other popular names that have already declared dividends with upcoming last trade dates are Premier Group, Citigroup, Lloyds Banking Group, and Morgan Stanley.
