Signs you’re not dealing with EasyEquities!

At EasyEquities we encourage users to invest their money, in their own way. DIY is our vibe.
That means that we are not in the business of taking money from you and then deciding for you how it should be invested.

We also make sure to never promise GUARANTEED high returns on whatever you put in – investing, as a principle, never has guarantees in the rate of returns. Sometimes the markets move astronomically, sometimes they’re flat, and at times they dip. Which is why the pros always say it’s about time in the market and not timing the market".

These are 5 signs that you’re not dealing with EasyEquities:

1. We do not have reps that reach out to solicit ‘investments’
   EasyEquities has a Help Centre of agents that will assist you with any queries you may have. And that’s about it. We do not reach out to people to get them to invest. We especially do not tell you what to invest in or invest on your behalf. Which leads us to the next sign…
   
   
2. We do not instruct you what to invest in, nor make investments for you
   Our platform is a DIY (Do It Yourself) platform where you have full sight of the investments you make. You register an account yourself, make a deposit into the account yourself, and then choose the investments for yourself.

3. We show you our bank accounts once you’ve registered an account and have been verified
   Have an EasyEquities account? You can check out our bank account right here after you’ve logged in. And if the accounts you have been told to deposit into are neither of the ones on that page then they’re not likely linked to us. Which is a red flag.
   
   
4. We have other sources to verify that you’re dealing with us…
   Our social media profiles are a good frame of reference when looking through what we offer and how we offer our services. You can also reach out to us via this portal by submitting a ticket here to verify the type of investment you’ve been solicited to make.
   Which also takes us back to the first point – we do not solicit you to make an investment.
   
   
5. We do not promise nor guarantee you rates of return
   Guarantees are not how investments work, as a principle. Past performances on an investment do not indicate future returns, although we may highlight those performances as a guide. In any investment, there’s a measure of risk in that we cannot see into the future and say for sure how an investment will do. Make sure to research an investment before undertaking it.
