Pfizer, VISA, and ExxonMobil are likely to increase their quarterly dividends this week, given their history of raising payouts every four quarters. Mastercard may increase its dividend later in the month.
Chevron Corp and Eli Lilly are expected to announce dividends matching last quarter's payout, with a potential increase anticipated for the following period.
The latest update also includes companies like Agree Realty Corp, STAG Industrial, Realty Income Corp, and AGNC Investment Corp, which pay dividends monthly. AGNC currently has an annual dividend yield of 14%.
