Another week for investors to get their portfolios ready to cash out dividends or reinvest to grow their wealth, with several companies in this week's update set to pay both ordinary and special cash dividends.

  • Helia Group Limited, an Australian Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI) provider, and Spark New Zealand Ltd, a New Zealand telecommunications and digital services company, will be paying both special and ordinary dividends.
  • Rocket Companies Inc., a firm specializing in mortgage lending and related financial services, has declared a special dividend as it simplifies its organizational structure.
  • Main Street Capital Corporation, an investment firm providing debt and equity capital to lower middle-market companies, is preparing to pay its second dividend this month after distributing its monthly dividends earlier.

Additionally, NEPI Rockcastle N.V. is offering shareholders the option to receive their upcoming payout either as a capital repayment or as cash dividends.

  • Unlike ordinary dividends, capital repayments are not subject to dividend withholding tax.
