EasyProperties Portfolio Update: What’s Moving, What’s Wrapping
4:10

It’s been a season of real, visible momentum across our EasyProperties portfolio, from crane-height milestones to final legal touches. Here’s where things stand as we power into the last quarter of the year.

The Monarch: All-in-one completion plan

The Monarch will now be completed in one unified construction phase, ensuring residents move into a peaceful, fully finished environment.

Updated timelines:

  • Phase 1: Slightly extended now targeting December 2026

  • Phase 2: Tracking ahead expected March 2027

  • Phase 3: Also ahead on course for June 2027

This streamlined approach is all about long-term value and a better resident experience, staying true to our promise of smarter investing in SA property.

Saxon Square: Strong structural momentum

It’s all systems go at Saxon Square. The final concrete pour for the third-floor slab is in sight, with decking already underway on the fourth.

The development remains on track for completion in April 2026, backed by tight project control and consistent delivery.

Volley Baileys: Legal wrap-up in progress

The property was officially registered on 28 October 2025, marking an exciting milestone for the development. With only the final administration steps remaining, EasyProperties will soon take over the units on behalf of our shareholders.

Another step closer to bringing Volley Bailey’s vision to life!

One on Anne: Contractor transition in progress

Delays caused by contractor non-performance have been swiftly managed. A new contractor is in place and work is back on track to complete the remaining units and finishes for One on Anne.

The developers are aiming to give transfer by year end 2025 with steady progress toward the finish line.

Seahorse: Last touches in Knysna

On the Garden Route, Seahorse is in the final stretch. Units are being completed floor by floor, with landscaping and rooftop finishes underway.

Handover is scheduled for end-October 2025. A stunning coastal address, nearly ready.

BlackBrick Gardens: Countdown to grand opening

BlackBrick Gardens is officially ready for occupation. Construction and internal works are complete, restaurants are prepped, the pool is finished, and final touches are being wrapped up.

The development team is currently awaiting final approval from the City of Cape Town to connect the building’s water supply. While the goal is to welcome residents and guests from 10 November, the exact date depends on the city’s timeline.

The Tungsten: Momentum builds in Sandton

At The Tungsten, progress remains strong with roof installations being finalised ahead of the rainy season. The team is working closely with the principal contractor to confirm final timelines.

Expect exclusive behind-the-scenes previews as this high-end Sandton development continues to rise.

Graphite Park & Mikro Industrial: Final pre-lodgement stage

Both Graphite Park and Mikro Industrial Park are in the final pre-lodgement stage, awaiting bond proceeds from the last two purchasers.

Once received, lodgement will proceed immediately, marking a key milestone before registration and transfer.

The finish line is in sight.

2 on Hill is taking shape!

The first major milestone is officially behind us, foundations are in and vertical construction is next. It’s early days, but the energy is real, and the site is already beginning to reflect the bold vision behind this build.
