It’s a week of earnings, and this week, famous names like Tesla Inc., PepsiCo Inc., Spotify Technology SA, Visa Inc., Meta Platforms Inc., Ford Motor Co, Alphabet Inc., and many more are releasing updates - are you considering investing ahead of their earnings?

In this week's upcoming "last dates to buy shares eligible for dividends" update, in terms of growing dividends and spending billions on share buybacks, on this list, we have:

• UBS Group AG: One of the largest Swiss banks and a global leader in wealth management and investment banking, increased its dividend (consisting of a cash dividend and Return of Capital) by 27%. In 2024, UBS Group AG plans to buy back up to $1 billion of its shares after merging with Credit Suisse AG in the second quarter.
• Muenchener Rueckvers-Ges AG V: A German multinational reinsurance company, increased its annual dividend by 36%, and its board has decided to buy back company shares worth up to €1.5 billion by April 30, 2025, from April 26, 2024.

When it comes to high annual dividend yield stocks:

• EPR Properties: An American-listed real estate investment company with a diversified property portfolio with an annual dividend yield of 8% as of writing.
• Omega Healthcare Investors Inc. is a US real estate investment trust specialising in healthcare (8% annual dividend yield).
• AGNC Investment Corp: A US real estate investment trust investing primarily in residential mortgage-backed securities (15% annual dividend yield).
