You know what they say, Saturdays are for sleeping in... unless you're us, hosting a vibey, sunlit Open Day at one of the slickest properties in Rosebank.

Capital on Bath

This past Saturday, 16 August, Ntombi Tsotetsi and I welcomed potential buyers and investors to Capital on Bath for a few hours of good coffee, great company, and some seriously impressive real estate. The plan? Showcase not just a unit, but a lifestyle.

We had guests pop in after spotting the listing on Property24 (big ups to the platform for the visibility), but the moment that really stuck with us was meeting one of our own EasyEquities and EasyProperties investors,  someone who'd read our blog and decided to come see it all in person. That kind of community engagement? It never gets old.

What they saw. What they loved.

Guests were walked through the featured unit and taken on a little tour of the building's amenities think sleek gym, vibey on-site café, and a beautifully maintained communal garden.

Some highlights from the feedback:

  • They were especially impressed that the units come fully furnished and commented on how stylish and modern the furniture and finishes are.

  • The space in the unit particularly the size of the showers stood out in a big way.

  • The idea of a café on the premises that offers breakfast and has a coffee barista was a definite crowd-pleaser.

  • Having a gym on-site added another big tick.

  • The communal garden drew lots of love, and one guest suggested that more private garden areas could appeal to buyers who want a bit of extra personal outdoor space.

More than just a tour

Open Days like this aren’t just about showing off square meterage. They’re about sparking ideas, answering questions, and letting people imagine what life (or investment) at Capital on Bath could feel like. And when feedback rolls in organically and everyone leaves smiling? You know you're doing something right.

Whether it was the natural light in the unit, the caffeine-fuelled conversations, or the real sense of community, the day felt less like a sales pitch and more like a sneak peek into the kind of lifestyle people actually want.

And honestly? We can’t wait to do it again.
