Are you getting paid dividends every month? 🤔
Last week, AGNC Investment Corp, an American REIT (real estate investment trust), announced its monthly dividend payout. The last date to trade will be later this month. The REIT has an annual dividend yield of 15% as of writing.
Other monthly dividend-paying stocks like Gladstone Land Corp, an American farmland real estate company that invests in farms and farm-related properties, and Gladstone Investment Corporation, an investment firm that invests in middle-market businesses, are also getting ready to pay dividends. The last date to trade is in the week. Gladstone Land Corp has an annual dividend yield of 4%, and Gladstone Investment Corporation has a 6% annual dividend yield as of writing.
It’s also worth taking into account that EasyProperties, which offers exposure to unlisted properties, also pays dividends monthly. Property auctions for some properties will commence, and dividends will be paid to property investors during the week.
Companies included in the latest update, like Microsoft Corp and Exxon Mobil Corp, are heading towards a quarterly dividend of $1 per share, given the history of increasing their dividend payouts every four quarters.
Other prominent names with growing dividend payouts are:
Eli Lilly & Co, a prominent pharmaceutical company developing a wide range of medications, is expected to pay an annual dividend of $5.20 for the year, representing a 15% increase; GSK PLC (owner of brands like Aquafresh, ENO, Grandpa, and many more) is expected to pay £0.60 for the year.
Owner of 400 consumer goods brands including Dove, Knorr, and Magnum (Unilever PLC), Oil & Gas giants (BP PLC & Shell PLC), one of the world's largest steel producers ArcelorMittal S.A, as well as GSK PLC, will be paying in more than one market.
When looking at multiple payments and special dividends:
Alibaba Group Holding Ltd announced its first-ever dividend late last year and could announce another payout as it reports its quarterly earnings during the week. Vodacom Group Limited, Renergen, WeBuyCars, Walmart, and Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. will also be reporting this week.
