Investing in property is a long game - and we know how important it is to see how things are progressing. Here’s your latest update on our EasyProperties portfolio, including where each development stands, key milestones reached, and what’s coming up next.

 Monarch Development 

The developer has completed the required administrative processes ahead of construction commencement. Council approval has been secured, and the NHBRC application has been submitted.

At this stage, handovers will be structured in line with construction phases rather than fixed calendar dates. Investors will continue to receive regular progress updates, ensuring ongoing transparency as the development moves into the construction phase. All steps being taken are focused on delivering a compliant, high-quality development in line with expectations.

Saxon Square

Progress at Saxon Square continues to be monitored closely. The project remains in the advanced stages of construction, with the professional team actively managing the remaining works.

While minor delays have been experienced, these are being addressed, and practical completion remains targeted for mid-May. Investors will continue to be kept informed as the project approaches completion.

Blackbrick Gardens

Attorneys are continuing with the preparation for lodgement, which is a key step in the registration process. While registration was previously anticipated toward the end of the year, the updated expectation is for registration to take place during February 2026.
Further updates will be shared as progress is made.

Seahorse

The building has reached completion and is ready for occupation. Attorneys are currently in the process of lodging the required documentation, after which the project will move into the registration phase.

Registration is estimated for February or early March 2026, subject to the completion of the legal process.

The Tungsten

The Tungsten development is now in its final stages, with scaffolding removed and finishing works progressing well. We are pleased to confirm that there have been no further delays on the development site.

Occupation remains on track for 29 May 2026, with transfer and registration processes underway through the appointed conveyancing attorneys.

Pre-occupation inspections will be arranged ahead of handover, and transfers will be lodged in batches per phase. 

We look forward to reaching this important milestone and celebrating the successful delivery of another quality development
Occupation is anticipated in June 2026.

Eccleston

Eccleston is in the early stages of development. Administrative matters are currently being addressed by the appointed planners, and the process is progressing well.

As the project advances, progress updates will be shared at key milestones to keep investors informed.

Vanderbilt

On-site activity has officially commenced at Vanderbilt, marking an important milestone for the development. Initial site works are underway, and the construction programme is scheduled to proceed as planned.

The developer remains on track for occupation in the last quarter of 2026, and progress will continue to be monitored closely.

One on Anne

The developer has confirmed that the project is back on track following the appointment of a new contractor. Attorneys are finalising the necessary clearances in preparation for registration.

Registration is expected during February 2026, subject to the completion of outstanding legal processes.

2 on Hill 

On track for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026 with early November being the target for the developer to complete. At this point, we cannot predict the definite time of handover and registration.
